STUDENT'S COAT DRIVE WILL
SERVE 142 INDIVIDUALS

The
temperature is dropping
and on a cold Saturday
afternoon, student Liz
Melton and mother Darlene
Melton, made the trip
that will help provide
warmth to 142 individuals.
With
the participation of
16 participating DuPage
figure skating club
rinks, Liz was able
to collect enought coats
to serve over 35 families.
"I would really
like to do this again
next year", said
Liz during her drop-off.
According to Liz's mother,
she [Liz] intends on
doing the coat drive
again next year and
feels she can increase
the number donated as
she now recognizes the
kinks and is already
working on a solution.
